aprob\u00f3 este jueves, en la \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n del a\u00f1o, las designaciones para cubrir cargos judiciales vacantes, entre ellos la de <strong>Valeria Fiore C\u00e1ceres<\/strong> como nueva ministra de Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ) y la de <strong>Mart\u00edn Alejandro Rau<\/strong> como juez del Tribunal Penal Dos de Posadas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">De esta manera, la actual Defensora del Pueblo de Posadas, Fiore C\u00e1ceres, ocupar\u00e1 el lugar que qued\u00f3 vacante tras la renuncia de <strong>Jorge \u201cKiko\u201d Rojas<\/strong> y pr\u00f3ximamente pasar\u00e1 a integrar el m\u00e1ximo \u00f3rgano judicial de la provincia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">El fiscal Mart\u00edn Rau, por su parte, reemplazar\u00e1 a <strong>Carlos Gim\u00e9nez<\/strong> en el TP-2 de Posadas y completar\u00e1 el estrado junto a los magistrados <strong>C\u00e9sar Antonio Yaya<\/strong> y <strong>Gregorio Busse. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">En la misma sesi\u00f3n se aprob\u00f3 las designaciones del juez <strong>Pedro Benito Piriz<\/strong> como vocal de la C\u00e1mara de Apelaciones en lo Penal y de Menores; del fiscal <strong>David Ezequiel Augusto Milicich<\/strong> como nuevo juez del Tribunal Penal Uno de Ober\u00e1; y del ex juez <strong>Juan Pablo Fern\u00e1ndez Rissi<\/strong> como fiscal ante el Tribunal Penal Uno de Ober\u00e1. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s, los legisladores presentes tambi\u00e9n votaron a favor de las designaciones de <strong>H\u00e9ctor Mariano Viola Dalmau<\/strong> como juez de Paz en Santa Ana y <strong>Mariana Vanessa Golemba<\/strong> como jueza de Paz en Jard\u00edn Am\u00e9rica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Los pliegos aprobados ser\u00e1n remitidos al gobernador Hugo Passalacqua, quien por decreto solicitar\u00e1 al Poder Judicial ponga en funciones a los magistrados y funcionarios.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">En el marco del recambio generacional que atraviesa el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/serajusticiarevista\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Poder Judicial<\/a> misionero, quedar\u00e1 pendiente el tratamiento en comisi\u00f3n de las postulaciones del abogado <strong>C\u00e9sar Humberto Lirussi<\/strong> para el cargo de Juez de Instrucci\u00f3n Dos de Eldorado y de la letrada <strong>Carla Alejandra Freitag<\/strong> para asumir como<a href=\"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/carla-freitag-fue-propuesta-para-ser-jueza-de-instruccion-uno-en-posadas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Jueza de Instrucci\u00f3n Uno de
