Ejecutivo <strong>remitir\u00e1 al Senado un total de 60 pliegos<\/strong> correspondientes a cargos vacantes en distintos \u00e1mbitos del Poder Judicial, en el marco del proceso de cobertura de magistraturas pendientes en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"909\">Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3 oficialmente, la remisi\u00f3n incluye postulaciones para tribunales federales, nacionales y otros \u00f3rganos jurisdiccionales que actualmente presentan vacantes, con el objetivo de avanzar en la normalizaci\u00f3n del funcionamiento judicial y reducir el <a href=\"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/el-ministerio-publico-fiscal-de-la-nacion-tiene-el-47-de-sus-cargos-vacantes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">n\u00famero de cargos sin cobertura definitiva.<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1111\">El env\u00edo de los pliegos forma parte del procedimiento institucional previsto para la designaci\u00f3n de jueces, que requiere posteriormente el tratamiento legislativo y el acuerdo del Senado de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/serajusticiarevista\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Naci\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1355\">Desde el gobierno nacional se\u00f1alaron que la medida busca dar continuidad a expedientes pendientes vinculados a la integraci\u00f3n de juzgados y tribunales, en un contexto en el que distintas jurisdicciones mantienen cargos vacantes desde hace varios a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1563\">La remisi\u00f3n de estos pliegos reabre as\u00ed el circuito parlamentario de an\u00e1lisis de candidaturas judiciales, instancia clave para la cobertura definitiva de vacantes dentro de la estructura judicial argentina.<\/p>\n<blockquote
