{"id":2696,"date":"2026-06-30T13:47:17","date_gmt":"2026-06-30T16:47:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/?p=2696"},"modified":"2026-09-18T14:07:44","modified_gmt":"2026-09-18T17:07:44","slug":"andres-poujade-juro-como-ministro-del-stj-es-el-sueno-de-mi-vida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/index.php\/andres-poujade-juro-como-ministro-del-stj-es-el-sueno-de-mi-vida\/","title":{"rendered":"Andr\u00e9s Poujade jur\u00f3 como ministro del STJ: \u201cEs el sue\u00f1o de mi vida\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El ex fiscal de la C\u00e1mara de Apelaciones de la provincia, <strong>Andr\u00e9s Poujade<\/strong>, jur\u00f3 este lunes como nuevo ministro del Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ) y destac\u00f3 que este paso en su carrera judicial es el \u201csue\u00f1o de su vida\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La ceremonia de juramento se realiz\u00f3 ayer en el Palacio de Justicia, sobre avenida Santa Catalina de Posadas, con una amplia presencia de autoridades ejecutivas, legislativas y judiciales, entre las que se destac\u00f3 el gobernador <strong>Hugo Passalacqua.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEstamos para trabajar y servirnos al pueblo\u201d<\/strong>, valor\u00f3 tras la jura el flamante ministro al dialogar con los medios presentes, al tiempo que admiti\u00f3 que esta designaci\u00f3n representa <strong>\u201cel sue\u00f1o de mi vida, de mi trabajo y de mi esfuerzo\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn todo momento siempre tuve la vocaci\u00f3n de servicio. Empec\u00e9 desde muy chico, cociendo expedientes, tratando de estudiar y trabajar para hacer lo que ten\u00eda que hacer y dar de mi parte el mejor servicio de justicia posible. Agradezco esta oportunidad y confi\u00f3 en que Dios me d\u00e9 fuerza\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre el presente del Poder Judicial misionero, Poujade se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201chay una reforma del c\u00f3digo procesal penal en tr\u00e1mite, lo que implica nuevos roles para jueces y fiscales. Esa implementaci\u00f3n del sistema acusatorio ser\u00e1 de manera gradual, pero hay que trabajarla y estar a la altura para dar una mejor respuesta judicial a la sociedad que creo que con este sistema lo vamos a lograr\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsto es lo que se impone. <strong>Es bueno y necesario para tener un sistema eficaz para la problem\u00e1tica criminal de la provincia<\/strong>\u201d,
