{"id":2976,"date":"2026-09-07T12:00:49","date_gmt":"2026-09-07T15:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/?p=2976"},"modified":"2026-09-07T15:50:52","modified_gmt":"2026-09-07T18:50:52","slug":"fallecio-jorge-marcelo-armanini-abogado-y-referente-del-ambito-inmobiliario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/index.php\/fallecio-jorge-marcelo-armanini-abogado-y-referente-del-ambito-inmobiliario\/","title":{"rendered":"Falleci\u00f3 Jorge Marcelo Armanini, abogado y referente del \u00e1mbito inmobiliario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El abogado posade\u00f1o <strong>Jorge Marcelo Armanini<\/strong> falleci\u00f3 este domingo y su muerte gener\u00f3 pesar en los \u00e1mbitos jur\u00eddico e inmobiliario de Misiones, donde desarroll\u00f3 una extensa trayectoria profesional.<\/p>\n<p>La noticia fue comunicada por el Colegio de Corredores P\u00fablicos Inmobiliarios de Misiones (CCPIM), instituci\u00f3n con la que Armanini mantuvo un estrecho v\u00ednculo y a la que acompa\u00f1\u00f3 durante a\u00f1os en el proceso de profesionalizaci\u00f3n de la actividad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHoy despedimos a uno de los profesionales que m\u00e1s ha luchado por esta instituci\u00f3n y su formaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, expres\u00f3 la entidad al comunicar su fallecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Armanini se recibi\u00f3 de abogado en la Universidad Nacional del Litoral en 1981 y desarroll\u00f3 su carrera profesional en Misiones. En 1995 fue socio fundador del <strong>estudio J.M. Armanini &#8211; Abogados<\/strong>, con sede en Posadas, firma que contin\u00faa vinculada al asesoramiento jur\u00eddico en distintas \u00e1reas del derecho.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de su trayectoria tambi\u00e9n se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como asesor de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio e Industria de Posadas, de la C\u00e1mara Inmobiliaria de Misiones y del Colegio de Corredores P\u00fablicos Inmobiliarios de la provincia.<\/p>\n<p>Su actividad profesional estuvo particularmente vinculada al derecho inmobiliario, las sociedades comerciales y los fideicomisos.
