Tribunal de Justicia (STJ) inform\u00f3 que el Poder Judicial de Misiones no adherir\u00e1 al asueto del pr\u00f3ximo 1 de diciembre en conmemoraci\u00f3n del nacimiento del h\u00e9roe provincial Andr\u00e9s Guacurar\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">En esta oportunidad, el Superior Tribunal de Justicia de la provincia ha decidido distinguir al h\u00e9roe provincial prestando el \u2018esencial\u2019 servicio de justicia en los puestos de trabajo\u201d, se\u00f1alaron mediante un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jusmisiones.gov.ar\/index.php\/joomla-overview\/noticias-institucionales\/3506-honrar-la-labor-del-procer-misionero-trabajando-el-poder-judicial-de-misiones-no-adherira-al-asueto-del-1-de-diciembre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">comunicado oficial.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">En esa l\u00ednea, agregaron que la no adhesi\u00f3n \u201cse debe al cese de tareas que ha tenido el servicio de justicia ante los feriados inamovibles y la cercan\u00eda de la fecha con la <a href=\"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/sigue-el-debate-por-la-feria-colegio-de-abogados-pidio-rectificacion-de-la-amfjm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">feria judicial<\/a> de fines del mes de diciembre\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Por decreto N.\u00ba 2117, este a\u00f1o el asueto por el nacimiento de del comandante general Don Andr\u00e9s Guacurar\u00ed y Artigas fue trasladado del 30 de noviembre al 1 de diciembre, aunque nada modificar\u00e1 el calendario de trabajo en el Poder Judicial de la provincia.
