La actividad fue declarada de inter\u00e9s provincial y reunir\u00e1 a integrantes del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal y del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro, titulado <em>\u201cCibercrimen y Justicia: La investigaci\u00f3n penal del Grooming y el Masi en Misiones\u201d<\/em>, se desarrollar\u00e1 de 16 a 20.30, bajo una modalidad h\u00edbrida, con participaci\u00f3n presencial en la sede universitaria, ubicada en Sargento Barrufaldi 2364, Posadas, y transmisi\u00f3n virtual a trav\u00e9s de Cisco Webex.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta tiene como objetivo acercar a estudiantes y a la comunidad al funcionamiento del sistema penal provincial frente a los delitos cometidos en entornos digitales, as\u00ed como al marco normativo y a los procedimientos aplicables a estas investigaciones.<\/p>\n<p>El programa contempla una presentaci\u00f3n magistral de apertura y cuatro paneles de exposici\u00f3n, en los que se abordar\u00e1n procedimientos, pericias y desaf\u00edos vinculados con la pr\u00e1ctica judicial penal y la intervenci\u00f3n de las fuerzas de seguridad en la provincia.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan informaron los organizadores, <strong>la totalidad de los disertantes pertenecer\u00e1 al Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal.<\/strong> Tambi\u00e9n participar\u00e1n magistrados y funcionarios del Poder Judicial, con el prop\u00f3sito de aportar una perspectiva directa sobre las experiencias y los desaf\u00edos que plantea la investigaci\u00f3n de estos delitos.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad es organizada de manera conjunta por las c\u00e1tedras de Psicolog\u00eda Jur\u00eddica y Criminol\u00f3gica y Pr\u00e1cticas Profesionales Supervisadas en Orientaci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica, de la Licenciatura en Psicolog\u00eda, y Psicolog\u00eda Criminal, de la Licenciatura en Criminal\u00edstica, de la Universidad de la Cuenca del Plata.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada propone un espacio de formaci\u00f3n e intercambio entre el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico y los operadores del sistema judicial, con eje en las herramientas y los procedimientos utilizados para investigar el grooming y los delitos vinculados con el material de abuso sexual contra las
