El viernes, un d\u00eda antes del tercer aniversario de la muerte de Diego Armando Maradona, lo fiscales que llevan adelante la causa presentaron la lista de 189 testigos y la prueba documental con la que un futuro juicio intentar\u00e1n probar que los ocho imputados en el expediente cometieron un homicidio simple.<\/p>\n

El ofrecimiento de pruebas fue realizado por los fiscales Patricio Ferrari y Cosme Iribarren ante el Tribunal Oral Criminal 3 de San Isidro, cuya autoridades comenzaron las tratativas para la celebraci\u00f3n en 2024 de un juicio que promete transformarse en uno de los m\u00e1s importantes de la historia judicial<\/a> argentina.<\/p>\n

En total son ocho los imputados que tiene la causa y todos enfrentan una acusaci\u00f3n por homicidio simple con dolo eventual, figura que prev\u00e9 penas de entre 8 y 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En esa l\u00ednea, se destaca que los principales imputados son el m\u00e9dico de cabecera del Diez, Leopoldo Luque, la psquiatra Agustina Cosachov y el psic\u00f3logo Carlos Diaz. Los tres integraban el equipo que trababa a Maradona y est\u00e1n acusados de no hacer todo lo que estaba a su alcance para evitar la muerte del astro futbol\u00edstico.<\/p>\n

Para los instructores de la causa, lo tres “omitieron asistir adecuadamente a Diego Armando Maradona, accionar con el cual, en definitiva, impidieron que recibiera la debida atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica que hubiese evitado el deceso, particularmente la referida al campo cardiol\u00f3gico” y “libraron al paciente a su suerte”.<\/p>\n

Los dem\u00e1s implicados son los enfermeros Gisella Dahiana Madrid y Ricardo Omar Almir\u00f3n, el jefe de ambos Mariano Perroni, la representante de la empresa de medicina prepaga Nancy Edith Forlini y el m\u00e9dico cl\u00ednico Pedro Pablo Di Spagna. Todos intervinieron en la deficitaria internaci\u00f3n domiciliaria que tuvo Maradona en una casa de la localidad bonaerense de Tigre<\/a> entre los d\u00edas 11 y 25 de noviembre de 2020.<\/p>\n

El expediente fue elevado a juicio y a principio de noviembre se llev\u00f3 adelante el sorteo del tribunal que llevar\u00e1 adelante el proceso. Se trata del TOC 3 de San Isidro y se prev\u00e9 que las audiencias comiencen en el segundo semestre de 2024 y podr\u00eda extenderse a lo largo de cuatro meses, al tiempo que a\u00fan no se defini\u00f3 en qu\u00e9 lugar se realizar\u00e1 debido a la gran cantidad de p\u00fablico que podr\u00eda asistir y el n\u00famero de periodistas que podr\u00edan acreditarse para la cobertura.<\/p>\n

Mientras se aguarda por ello, los fiscales Ferrari e Iribarren ya presentaron un documento de ofrecimiento de pruebas en el que anotaron un total de 189 testigos.<\/p>\n

En el listado aparecen las hijas del Diez Dalma, Gianinna y Jana Maradona; sus ex parejas Claudia Villafa\u00f1e, Ver\u00f3nica Ojeda y Roc\u00edo Oliva; sus hermanos Claudia, Ana, Rita, Ra\u00fal y Elsa; como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n el abogados Mat\u00edas Morla, que era el apoderado de Maradona, y su socio V\u00edctor Stinfale.<\/p>\n

La muerte de Maradona se registr\u00f3 el 25 de noviembre de 2020, a los 60 a\u00f1os. La autopsia determin\u00f3 que el ex capit\u00e1n y ex entrenador de la selecci\u00f3n Argentina falleci\u00f3 como consecuencia de “edema agudo de pulm\u00f3n secundario a una insuficiencia card\u00edaca cr\u00f3nica reagudizada” .<\/p>\n

Los \u00faltimos d\u00edas del astro marcan que el 2 de noviembre ingres\u00f3 a una cl\u00ednica de La Plata por un cuadro de anemia y deshidrataci\u00f3n. Un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s fue trasladado a un sanatorio de Olivos, donde fue operado de un edema subdural.<\/p>\n

El 11 de noviembre, en tanto, recibi\u00f3 el alta hospitalario y fue llevado a una casa en Tigre, donde finalmente falleci\u00f3 dos semanas despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
