condenada a dos a\u00f1os y medio de prisi\u00f3n en suspenso e inhabilitaci\u00f3n perpetua para ocupar cargos p\u00fablicos tras ser declarada penalmente responsable del delito de estafa.<\/p>\n<p>La sentencia fue impuesta por el Tribunal Correccional Uno de <a href=\"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ober\u00e1<\/a>, a cargo de la manera unipersonal por la magistrada Adriana Denise Zajackowski.<\/p>\n<p>Tras un debate oral, la ex fiscal, que asumi\u00f3 en 2012 y que fue desplazada por el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/serajusticiarevista\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">STJ<\/a> en 2018, fue hallada culpable del delito de &#8220;negociaci\u00f3n incompatible con el ejercicio de funcionario p\u00fablico, en calidad de autora en concurso real con el delito de estafa como autora&#8221;, seg\u00fan consign\u00f3 hoy el diario El Territorio.<\/p>\n<p>En la misma causa aparec\u00eda c\u00f3mplice Fernando Walter Levinson, pareja de Gauna, quien fue condenado por estafa y recibi\u00f3 la pena de un a\u00f1o de prisi\u00f3n en suspenso.<\/p>\n<p>El mismo matutino a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en el proceso oral se determin\u00f3 que la ex fiscal Gauna se aprovech\u00f3 de su cargo para intervenir como abogada particular en un expediente sucesorio por la muerte de un hombre y mediante su maniobra logr\u00f3 que la aseguradora env\u00ede una indemnizaci\u00f3n por $270.000 a la cuenta de su pareja.<\/p>\n<p>El caso sali\u00f3 a la luz gracias a la denuncia de la viuda del fallecido y la causa se tramit\u00f3 en el Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n Tres de San Vicente, a cargo del magistrado Gerardo Casco.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ex
