{"id":828,"date":"2024-05-03T16:34:45","date_gmt":"2024-05-03T19:34:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/?p=828"},"modified":"2024-05-03T16:34:45","modified_gmt":"2024-05-03T19:34:45","slug":"renuncio-el-procurador-general-pinero-tras-33-anos-en-el-cargo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/index.php\/renuncio-el-procurador-general-pinero-tras-33-anos-en-el-cargo\/","title":{"rendered":"Renunci\u00f3 el procurador general Pi\u00f1ero tras 33 a\u00f1os en el cargo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Tras m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os en el cargo, el procurador general del Superior Tribunal de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/serajusticiarevista\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Justicia<\/a> (STJ), <strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Pi\u00f1ero<\/strong>, renunci\u00f3 a su puesto y una vez culminados los tr\u00e1mites de jubilaci\u00f3n el Ejecutivo deber\u00e1 proponer ante la Legislatura provincial un pliego con la propuesta de posibles sucesores. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Pi\u00f1ero, de 79 a\u00f1os, se desempa\u00f1aba como jefe de los fiscales del Poder Judicial misionero desde 1991, tras ser propuesto para el cargo por el entonces gobernador <strong>Julio C\u00e9sar Humada.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Su renuncia fue presentada en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas luego de una serie de licencias m\u00e9dicas solicitadas en virtud de inconvenientes de salud que ven\u00edan afectando su normal desempe\u00f1o desde hace un largo tiempo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Mediante el decreto 810, publicado esta ma\u00f1ana en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial de la provincia, el gobernador <strong>Hugo Passalacqua<\/strong> acept\u00f3 la renuncia del procurador, \u201cla que quedar\u00e1 condicionada al otorgamiento del beneficio de jubilaci\u00f3n por parte del Instituto de Prevenci\u00f3n Social (IPS). <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3 el diario Primera Edici\u00f3n, como posibles sucesores suenan los nombres de <strong>V\u00edctor Hugo Marinoni<\/strong>, actual secretario administrativo y de superintendencia del STJ; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/asociacion-de-magistrados-respondio-criticas-a-la-feria-judicial-del-colegio-de-abogados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Carlos Jorge Gim\u00e9nez<\/a><\/strong>, magistrado integrante del Tribunal Penal Dos de Posadas; <a href=\"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/scherer-de-prevencion-de-la-tortura-el-principal-reclamo-de-los-detenidos-es-procesal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Eduardo Magno Scherer<\/strong>,<\/a> presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Provincial de Prevenci\u00f3n de la Tortura de Misiones (CPPTM); y <strong>Marcelo P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, titular del ministerio de Gobierno. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-829 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2024-05-03-163726-300x226.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"569\" height=\"429\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2024-05-03-163726-300x226.png 300w, https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2024-05-03-163726.png 689w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 569px) 100vw, 569px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tras m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os en el cargo, el procurador general del Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ), Miguel \u00c1ngel Pi\u00f1ero, renunci\u00f3 a su puesto y una vez culminados los tr\u00e1mites&hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":830,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[14],"tags":[340,341,9],"class_list":["post-828","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-mundo-legal","tag-miguel-angel-pinero","tag-procurador-general","tag-stj"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Renunci\u00f3 el procurador general Pi\u00f1ero tras 33 a\u00f1os en el cargo<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Miguel \u00c1ngel Pi\u00f1ero se desempa\u00f1aba como jefe de los fiscales del Poder Judicial misionero desde 1991.
