{"id":907,"date":"2024-07-05T13:11:29","date_gmt":"2024-07-05T16:11:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/?p=907"},"modified":"2024-07-05T16:12:03","modified_gmt":"2024-07-05T19:12:03","slug":"corrientes-su-perro-mato-a-una-nina-y-fue-condenado-a-8-anos-de-prision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/index.php\/corrientes-su-perro-mato-a-una-nina-y-fue-condenado-a-8-anos-de-prision\/","title":{"rendered":"Corrientes: su perro mat\u00f3 a una ni\u00f1a y fue condenado a 8 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">El due\u00f1o de un perro pitbull que en 2022 mat\u00f3 a una ni\u00f1a en la localidad correntina de Paso de los Libres fue condenado a <strong>8 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong> tras ser declarado penalmente responsable del delito de <strong>\u201chomicidio simple con dolo eventual\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La sentencia fue dictada por el magistrado <strong>Gabriel Aldaz<\/strong>, titular del Juzgado de <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/serajusticia_ok\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Garant\u00edas<\/a> de Paso de los Libres tras homologar un acuerdo de juicio abreviado alcanzado por el imputado <strong>Fabi\u00e1n Rafael Ledesma<\/strong> y la fiscal <strong>Daniela Di Tomaso. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">El hecho que dio origen a esta causa se registr\u00f3 el 23 de septiembre de 2022, cuando el can, que anteriormente era utilizado como \u201carma\u201d de caza, <strong>atac\u00f3 y mat\u00f3 a una ni\u00f1a de 10 a\u00f1os<\/strong> en el barrio Esperanza de la mencionada localidad correntina. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Tras el hecho, Ledesma qued\u00f3 bajo la lupa de la <a href=\"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Justicia<\/a> y a lo largo del proceso en su contra se pudo determinar que el hombre <strong>tuvo reiteradas advertencias sobre la peligrosidad que representaba el can pero nunca tom\u00f3 las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n necesarias. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el Ministerio P\u00fablico de Corrientes, al menos 15 testigos declararon en la causa y relataron severos antecedentes registrados con el can, incluso mencionaron que previamente <strong>el animal hab\u00eda atacado a otros tres ni\u00f1os<\/strong>, aunque ninguno de esos casos lleg\u00f3 a ser denunciado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Tambi\u00e9n se supo que el anterior due\u00f1o utilizaba el animal en cacer\u00edas de carpinchos y tambi\u00e9n tuvo conflictos por lo que pretendi\u00f3 deshacerse de \u00e9l entreg\u00e1ndolo a organizaciones proteccionistas, pero all\u00ed apareci\u00f3 Ledesma pidiendo el perro de regalo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Fue as\u00ed que el can lleg\u00f3 a manos del ahora condenado, aunque el hombre no tom\u00f3 ninguna medida para neutralizar la peligrosidad que representaba el perro.
