{"id":970,"date":"2024-10-10T18:08:04","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T21:08:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/?p=970"},"modified":"2024-10-10T18:08:04","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T21:08:04","slug":"el-stj-fijo-37-dias-de-feria-judicial-para-el-verano-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/index.php\/el-stj-fijo-37-dias-de-feria-judicial-para-el-verano-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"El STJ fij\u00f3 37 d\u00edas de feria judicial para el verano 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">El Superior Tribunal de <a href=\"https:\/\/serajusticiarevista.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Justicia<\/a> (STJ) de Misiones resolvi\u00f3 que <strong>la feria de verano comenzar\u00e1 el 26 de diciembre y se extender\u00e1 hasta el 31 de enero de 2025<\/strong>, por lo que solicit\u00f3 que el 14 de noviembre todas las dependencias del Poder Judicial entreguen sus n\u00f3minas de funcionarios que prestar\u00e1n servicio durante el receso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La resoluci\u00f3n fue dictada mediante la <strong>acordada N.\u00ba 145<\/strong>, firmada este lunes 7 de octubre y comunicada formalmente hoy, tras su publicaci\u00f3n en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boletindigital.misiones.gov.ar\/boletines\/16215.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bolet\u00edn Oficial<\/a> de la provincia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">En los considerandos de la disposici\u00f3n se consigna que \u201cla conveniencia de proceder a la integraci\u00f3n de la n\u00f3mina de magistrados, funcionarios y empleados que prestar\u00e1n servicio en la feria judicial de enero 2025, fijada con la debida antelaci\u00f3n y consultando en lo posible la opini\u00f3n de los mismos a fin de su ulterior consideraci\u00f3n en acuerdo al Alto Cuerpo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, consta la parte resolutiva, donde la presidenta del STJ, <strong>Rossana P\u00eda Venchiarutti Sartori<\/strong>, dispone que antes del 14 de noviembre todas las dependencias del Poder Judicial de la provincia deber\u00e1n elevar la n\u00f3mina de funcionarios a prestar servicio durante el receso, el cual ser\u00e1 con el personal m\u00ednimo indispensable y en <strong>horario establecido para la atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico de 7 a 12 hs<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">El fraccionamiento dispuesto para la Feria de Enero de 2025, en tanto, ser\u00e1 de tres per\u00edodos y distribuirse de la siguiente manera: 1er. Per\u00edodo: (13 d\u00edas) 26\/12\/24 al 07\/01\/25; 2do. Per\u00edodo: (12 d\u00edas) 08 al 19\/01\/25; y 3er.
